satisfactory experience
helpful staff wonderful breakfast free chocolate cleanliness issue tub hair blood stains
the staff was nice and helpful. the breakfast was wonderful. i was asked if i wanted water and a chocolate bar when leaving.
i had a cleanliness issue. there was hair in the tub when i checked in. i found blood on the pillow and on the sheets from previous guests.

inconsistent temperature insufficient counter
the staff were helpful i needed assistance with directions and they provided it promptly.
the air conditioning system failed to maintain a consistent temperature i found the room was excessively warm during the day and uncomfortably cool at night also the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space , made it inconvenient to place toiletries.

Fantastic Hotel with Amazing Location!
perfect location nice touch great breakfast buffet
The hotel's location is PERFECT! It is close to the railway station and a short walk to the city center. The hotel offered take-away snacks and fruit. umbrellas which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was great and offered a wide variety of options.
The room was clean. the decor seemed slightly outdated.

The room included lots of space to store clothes and things. This is a rarity. The bed was comfy. Blackout blinds provided excellent darkness.

convenient location complimentary drink free water hair discovery blood stained pillow immediate cleaning
the hotel location is close to the main train station i found this very convenient. i received one complimentary non-alcohol drink from the mini bar at check-in. i also got a free bottle of water upon check-out.
i found hair in the tub upon arrival. i discovered blood on the pillow and sheets during the night. the front desk staff apologized and cleaned the room immediately after i reported it.
